Custom-made, personalized, altered, or stitched-to-measure items are considered final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.

Sree Culture Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Customs clearance
Weather conditions
Supply chain disruptions
Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated:

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. "Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return, and items must be returned within 7 days."
"please contact us within 24 Hr's" → change to: "please contact us within 24 hours"
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Custom-made, altered, personalized, sale, clearance, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
