IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order processing and delivery timeframes provided by Sreeculture Studio are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to payment verification, customs clearance, carrier disruptions, public holidays, severe weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Sreeculture Studio aims to dispatch all in-stock and ready-to-ship items within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and courier performance.

Once an order has been shipped, we are generally unable to reroute or redirect it to a different shipping address.

Most deliveries require a signature upon receipt. However, depending on the courier and destination, packages may be left at the delivery address or in a secure location. Sreeculture Studio is not responsible for packages after the shipping carrier has marked them as delivered.

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Customers must provide a valid residential or commercial street address.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery times vary based on destination, shipping method, customs clearance procedures, and carrier operations.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • Canada: 5–12 business days
  • International Destinations: 5–20 business days

These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs inspections, local courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

FREE SHIPPING

Sreeculture Studio may periodically offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. if Apply.

Eligibility requirements, participating countries, and minimum order values will be displayed on the website and at checkout at the time of purchase.

Free shipping promotions may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

REMOTE AREA SURCHARGES

Certain postal codes and remote locations may incur additional delivery surcharges imposed by shipping carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other logistics providers.

If a shipping address falls within a designated remote service area, Sreeculture Studio reserves the right to request payment of the applicable surcharge before shipment.

Customers will be notified if additional carrier charges apply.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

Address correction requests may be accommodated only if submitted before the order enters processing or shipment preparation.

Once an order has been dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

If a carrier permits an address modification after shipment, any fees charged by the carrier will be the responsibility of the customer.

Sreeculture Studio shall not be liable for delays, delivery failures, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If an order is refused, returned, abandoned, or deemed undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Failure to collect the shipment
  • Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Any customer-related reason

Sreeculture Studio reserves the right to deduct original shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, and reasonable restocking fees from any refund or store credit issued.

INSURANCE & TRANSIT LIABILITY

Sreeculture Studio remains responsible for shipments while they are in transit until delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier.

If a package is confirmed lost during transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate the matter and may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Once tracking information indicates successful delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

Sreeculture Studio is not responsible for theft, loss, damage, or misplacement occurring after delivery confirmation.

Customers concerned about package security are encouraged to use a secure delivery location, business address, parcel locker, or carrier hold-for-pickup service where available.

If a customer designates another person as the recipient, delivery to that recipient or designated address shall constitute successful fulfillment of the order.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking information shows that a shipment has been delivered but the package cannot be located, customers should first:

  • Check with household members.
  • Check with neighbors.
  • Contact building management or reception staff.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.

Sreeculture Studio is not responsible for packages that carriers have confirmed as delivered to the address provided during checkout.

TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS FEES

International orders may be shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Product prices displayed on the Sreeculture Studio website may not include:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • Brokerage fees
  • Value Added Tax (VAT)
  • Goods and Services Tax (GST)
  • Local taxes
  • Other government-imposed charges

Customers are solely responsible for paying all applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, and related charges required by the destination country.

Failure to pay such charges may result in shipment delays, returns, confiscation, or abandonment of the package. Sreeculture Studio shall not be responsible for any resulting losses, delays, or additional costs.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after shipment.
